2026 Epcot Flower & Garden Festival Allergy-Friendly Menus
*This information comes from the Disney World official app and was made available prior to the festival opening (and may be subject to change). As always, guests should consult each booth for ingredients or for other special dietary needs. Because of the booth space, cross contamination is of higher risk for guests consuming gluten free ingredients.
The International Epcot Flower and Garden Festival is one our favorite festivals at Epcot. It highlights all things food and flower and garden, with lots of topiaries and displays. This year’s festival takes place from March 4 - June 1, 2026. Here is a listing of the current gluten free and allergy-friendly menu items based on information from the official Disney World website and mobile app. I will be updating this post after the festival begins and after I visit the park for more information. Be sure to stay tuned to our friends Gluten Free Disney World and Vegan Disney World for updates too.
