Toledo located at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort continues to be one of our favorite places to get gluten free and dairy free options at Disney World. With minimal modifications needed, we can honestly say that this table service restaurant is one of the most gluten free and dairy free friendly menus on property. Add in that it’s Michelin recommended, and you have the perfect spot for a nice meal out with incredible views, amazing food, and lots of options. We recently went to Toledo with Brandon’s parents to celebrate their wedding anniversary and to try out the new updated menu options. It is a chain restaurant that originally opened in 1984 and serves authentic Mexican cuisine with several locations across the U.S. Brandon and I went with his parents and sister shortly after they opened, and we didn’t have the best experience. But, we wanted to give it another chance after the restaurant had a bit of time to get more settled at its Disney location. This review covers two different visits for breakfast including one with our friend Gina from Gluten Free Disney World.
