Dinner at Columbia Harbour House

Columbia Harbour House, located in Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom, has long been one of my go-to quick service restaurants for gluten free and dairy free options. Well, really, it’s my go-to spot for allergy-friendly chicken tenders. I don’t know what it is about this location, but I’ve always just loved the way they cook their allergy-friendly chicken tenders. The rest of the special diets options are pretty limited. But, the chicken tenders are just so good, they’re hard not to order anyway!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year — holidays at Disney World! Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a ticketed event that takes place during the holiday season at the Magic Kingdom and runs from November 8 – December 21, 2018. The party includes a variety of activities and events (my favorite is the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade) and guests who attend this party a variety of cookies and other treats that are included with the price of your party ticket. But, if you have a special dietary need, will there be options? We recently went to the Christmas Party and were able to check out some of the options available.

Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern

Liberty Tree Tavern, located in Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom, is a table service restaurant that serves classic Thanksgiving-style meals in a setting inspired by colonial America. Recently, we had dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern before Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to enjoy a meal that made us think of the holidays. I’ve been to Liberty Tree Tavern quite a few times over the years. But, this was Brandon’s first visit, and I was looking forward to hearing what he thought of the all-you-care-to-enjoy meal there.
