My daughter was diagnosed with a gluten, dairy, and egg sensitivity, and this is going to be hard as eating at Disney is part of the experience! Do you know if Splitsville has dairy free cheese? It’s very hard to find a gluten AND dairy free menu.This will be especially hard at the italian restaurants like Via Napoli and Mama Melroses, where I made reservations before she was diagnosed. If you have any info on those restaurants, I would appreciate it! I was so glad to find your website!
I know it can be overwhelming but know that there are tons of options for gluten, dairy, and egg sensitivities! Mama Melrose has plenty of options (including GFDF pizza with non-dairy cheese). Splitsville does not have dairy free cheese as an option, but many other locations on property do (Pizzafari at the Animal kingdom has 4 different kinds!). Via Napoli has some potential cross contamination issues for those who are very sensitive to gluten or have celiac disease, but I have heard that they do have GF options. I hope this helps!
