Sorry for the lack of posts. I’ve been sick with the flu and a sinus infection, no fun! Trying to finish finals, papers, and presentations for graduate school and work 40 hours a week on top of that, well….it left little time for much else. I hope to be giving you loads of updates since we are almost 30 days out for our trip!
Recently, I got an email from Restaurant Marrakesh about offering hummus and GF/CF bread. Emails from Executive Chef Samad Benzari and Chef Ron indicated that they did offer GF/CF bread for the hummus. I’m hoping that my experience will be better than many reviews I’ve heard. I have heard they are less than attentive to dietary restriction needs. I hope that isn’t the case, but I’m going in with low expectations. (sorry to say). Here’s crossing my fingers for a fantastic international meal!
